Disabled Services

- Assistive Listening Devices - Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Guest Services location on the Mezzanine level free of charge. A valid driver’s license or picture ID will be required as a deposit while using the device.
- Disabled and Accessible Seating is available in all ticket price categories, based on availability. Companion Seats are available for purchase with each disabled seat purchased. Each disabled seat is guaranteed one adjacent companion seat and additional companion seats may also be available. AmericanAirlines Arena will attempt to reasonably accommodate any concern with regard to guests with disabilities. Please call AmericanAirlines Arena at (786) 777-1000.
- Entrances - The primary ADA accessible entrance is Gate 3, located on NE 8th St.. This location is also available for dropping off disabled Guests. Parking for disabled guests is available on a first come, first serve basis in the P2 Parking Garage. Parking spaces are adjacent to Elevators 1&2, 3&4, and 7&8. Overheight parking for vans is also available on a first come, first serve basis in the P1 garage. Game/event parking fees will apply. AmericanAirlines Arena will attempt to reasonably accommodate any concern with regards to our Guests with disabilities.
- Restrooms - All public restrooms at the AmericanAirlines Arena are accessible for our guests with disabilities. If you should need assistance, please contact an AmericanAirlines Arena team member.
- Sign Language Interpreter should be requested through the Guest Services Department at (786) 777-1400 at least 2 weeks prior to an event. AmericanAirlines Arena will make its best efforts to provide a sign language interpreter for the event, subject to availability.
- TDD Telephones - TDD Telephones for the hearing-impaired are located at Section 103.
- Transportation - For your convenience, door-to-door transportation is available for guests with disabilities from the following companies:
